MIAMI- After ending a five-game losing streak by beating the Jets to make playoffs, the Miami Dolphins relish venturing to Buffalo for a wild-card game against the Bills despite an environment that figures to be electric and loud.

Bills fans not only will be pumped for the playoffs but also for Damar Hamlin, who continues his recovery from suffering cardiac arrest.  Miami coach Mike McDaniel essentially said “Bring it on,” during his press conference Monday.

“The environment in general is as exciting of a place to play that exists by itself,” McDaniel told reporters, adding, “You can tell the football fans love the game for the right reasons, are 100 percent loyal and let you know how much they dislike you, which I kind of like. I appreciate it coming from a fan’s perspective. Now on top of that, I think that is something where it’s uncharted, but I feel very, very confident that our whole team will be cheering for Damar (Hamlin) like he was a Miami Dolphin.”

McDaniel said he has no idea who will be the Dolphins starting quarterback for Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET game: Tua Tagovailoa (concussion); Teddy Bridgewater, (dislocated pinky finger); or rookie Skylar Thompson, who made his second career start in beating the Jets 11-6 last Sunday.
